Video Blog: Today's thought from a Christian world-view:

We are in the midst of a spiritual battle. You may not be aware of this or you may not want to get involved; however, either way, it is true and you are involved. Why am I involved? Because the battle is for your soul and the souls of all men. Ephesians 6:12 says, "For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places." You may say, "well I have never seen evil or demons before." Actually, you see them every day and are simply so immersed in the norms of this world that you have become accustom to seeing them. Murder, rape, molestation, war, hatred, are all in the hearts of men. You see there is a world behind this world that dictates the happenings that we see, that are tangible. You can hear the wind, you can feel the effects of it (John 3:8), but you can not see it. It is the same with the spiritual realm. We see the effects of it every day, but not the spirits behind it tangibly. So let us do as Ephesians chapter 6 says and "...take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness; And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace; Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God: Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;" (more)
